French Health Advisory Body Recommends AcompliaTue, 07 February 2007 Scope of reimbursement stated for Acomplia, by the transparency committee at the health authorities who have published their recommendation. Patients associated with obesity that is BMI greater than or equal to 30 kg/m2, with type 2 diabetes, insufficiently controlled by a mono therapy of metformin or sulfonylurea, with a HBA 1c level between 6.5% and 10% are known to benefit.
