Acyclovir
Acyclovir is used to treat shingles as well as herpes simplex virus and other types of herpes virus infections which can cause painful blisters and lesions. Acyclovir reduces the severity of outbreaks and prevents the development of new blisters.

Acyclovir is used to treat the symptoms of chickenpox, shingles, herpes virus infections of the genitals (sex organs), the skin, the brain, and mucous membranes (lips and mouth), and widespread herpes virus infections in newborns. Acyclovir is also used to prevent recurrent genital herpes infections. Although Acyclovir will not cure herpes, it does help relieve the pain and discomfort and helps the sores (if any) heal faster. Depakote
Depakote is used to treat seizure disorders and to prevent migraine headaches. May be taken with food if stomach upset occurs. Capsules may be swallowed whole or open the capsules and sprinkle entire contents on a teaspoonful of soft food such as applesauce or pudding. Swallow the drug/food mixture immediately (do not chew). Flomax
Flomax is used to treat the symptoms of prostate enlargement (BPH), such as urinary hesitancy or urgency.

Flomax is generally taken once daily. Take the first dose at bedtime to minimize the chances of getting dizzy or fainting. After the first dose, take your regularly scheduled dose 30 minutes after the same meal each day. Or take exactly as directed by your doctor. Do not crush, chew or open the capsules. Folic Acid
Folic acid is used to treat or prevent certain anemias caused by poor diet, pregnancy or other conditions. Take Folic Acid as directed. Follow dietary recommendations made by your doctor or nutritionist.

Folic acid usually has very few side effects. If you experience any unusual effects from taking this medicine, notify your doctor. In the unlikely event you have an allergic reaction to this drug, seek immediate medical attention. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. Fosamax
Alendronate is used to treat certain cases of osteoporosis (brittle bones) and Paget's disease (a bone weakening disorder).

Take Fosamax with 6 to 8 ounces (180ml-240ml) of plain water once daily. Swallow the tablets whole. Do not suck or chew them. Fosamax must be taken on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before eating or drinking anything other than water, (including other medicines or vitamins).
